By downloading, installing, or using LitCloze, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

1. Description of Service

LitCloze is a Lithuanian language learning application that combines cloze-deletion cards with spaced repetition systems (SRS). It is developed and operated by ClozeAnki.

2. Accounts & Registration

To back up your data and access cross-device sync, you must register an account via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Paid Premium Features

• Subscriptions: We may offer paid premium subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• Payments: Purchases are processed via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. All terms and conditions of the respective store apply to your billing.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel subscriptions at any time via your app store account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the store’s refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LitCloze (excluding user-imported data like Anki decks) are the exclusive property of ClozeAnki. Lithuanian sentence assets from Tatoeba are licensed under Creative Commons BY 2.0 FR.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse the application, or use automated scraping tools to extract application content.

6. Limitation of Liability

LitCloze and ClozeAnki provide the application “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any learning progress loss, app downtime, or indirect damages.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
